Haggertys
Haggertys · North & West side · Figure 1 · no. 4
Left reef at point. An extremely good wave. Sectiony at low tide. Often shuts down at high tide, except when big. Best at a medium rising tide. If it's breaking at all it will be crowded. Usually smaller than other PV reefs to the south. A versatile break, can break when extremely small, but will also handle just about any size swell.
Both scanned figures, warped onto the map. Pins follow the chart’s own numbering while it’s shown, so they match the red arrows.
Off keeps the map still while you step through breaks with ←→ or pick one from the list.
Only while zoomed out. Once you are close enough to read the break, tapping a pin leaves the map where it is.
Safari cannot open that dialog for a page, so it is two taps:
- Tap in Safari’s bottom bar
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
It then opens without Safari’s chrome, which is the only way to get full screen on an iPhone.
